Paul was such an amazing man.
I loved to chat to Paul and I can see how much love is in the family. So close and strong xxx Pauls warm nature lit up the room he was always so lovely to me. I’m so privileged I had the pleasure to spend time and meet Paul. Such a sad time for everyone. Jack idolised his Dad as did all the family. He was an amazing Husband to lovely Leanda who is so strong and Father to the boys and Em. Xx I’m truly sorry and I will be here to help and support Paul’s beautiful family and take care of Jack at this heartbreaking time. sending all of my love.xx

Rest in Peace Paul xxx

Our Chad. Paul will be remembered by our family as one the most honest, trusting and caring individuals we have had the pleasure of being related to. He would do anything to make sure Lee, Emily, Jack and George were all looked after…in fact the whole family and all his friends. He was a true character, who loved his family, loved his work at the port with the hustle and bustle of ship movements, loved dog Bella, his car….with the starsky and hutch flashing orange beacon and he loved his own time also. Paul could have been a magician and Harry Houdini would have been proud, often on family holidays he would disappear for a few hours, walking, gone fishing or just time out. He would however always go out of his way to help anyone. An amazing person and just sad I never really got the opportunity to say that to him. His big hands and strong knuckle crushing handshake. We will all miss you Paul, God bless x

So heartbroken for the whole family. Thinking of you all everyday at this difficult time.
I never got a chance to meet Paul, but I have the pleasure of being friends with his Daughter, who is the most wonderful person inside out. Paul was a devoted husband and father and that shows with how much of an amazing daughter he has in Emily.
I am sure he had a fulfilled life that has ended sooner than anyone thought.
His memory lives on in his family and friends.
Rest in peace Paul.
Lots of love

Paul was so kind to me, he always made me feel apart of the family and he made the best dad to George.
We will miss him dearly and will forever keep his memory in the future family to come.
I am so grateful I was able to meet Paul and understand why George idolised him, I hope that George becomes an amazing father and husband just like his dad.

Rest in peace Paul xx
