passed away on 21st August 2024, aged 67 at the
Royal Cornwall Hospital, Treliske, Truro.
Beloved daughter of the late Reg and Ede Fort
and a much loved sister to John deceased.
Jane will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
A celebration of her life will be held at 12.30pm on
Monday 23rd September at Penmount Crematorium, Truro in the Kernow Chapel.
No flowers by request, but donations in memory of Jane to one of her favourite charities i.e. Cornwall Hospice Care, RSPB, or World Animal Protection UK will be gratefully received by
