I first met Rob during my relatively short time as a member of Y Porthmyn choir, Rhewl, Rhuthun. During Tuesday evening practices Rob always lit the hearts of choir members, in particular choir conductor and his best mate Bov (Eurfyl Owen) whom Rob thought the world of and vive versa. Diolch Rob am oleuo llu o galonnau. Cwsg Mewn Hedd. RIP

Cofio Anwyliaid

Nid bob tro daw coed i derfyn
Wrth i lif neu storm eu disgyn;
Mae y rhai sy'n ail-flaguro'n
Codi calon a chysuro.

Rhywbeth tebyg ydi bywyd
Ar ôl colli un anwylyd;
Y mae atgof a phob gwaddol
Yma efo ni'n wastadol.

In Memory of Loved ones

When our trees are sadly grounded
doesn't mean that all has ended;
Life on trunks is often seen
and buds are slowly turning green.

Lives of loved ones, in a way,
don't entirely go away;
Their everlasting legacy
stay with us all eternally.
