Janet (Jan)RUTHERFORD(née Timothy) (Low Fell, formerly of Birtley)
Jan passed away in the QE Hospital on 1st October 2024, aged 67 years.
Devoted wife of John, dear sister of Marie, the late Billy and Ian, special sister-in-law of Alan and Linda and much-loved auntie, god mother and friend. Jan will be remembered as a lovely lady, who lived for her family and friends, and who touched the hearts of all who knew her with her warmth, her personality, and her love. She will be deeply missed.
A celebration of Jan's life will take place on Monday 14th October, at Saltwell Crematorium at 1pm.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu will be taken on the day with proceeds going to Hematology Department at the QE Hospital.
Following the service, you are warmly invited to join the family at the Carlton Club, Belle Vue Bank, for an opportunity to raise a glass and continue sharing memories.
