Sheila HelenATESS(nee Cartwright) (Whickham) Peacefully in Rosewood House Bensham on 23rd July 2024 aged 86 years Sheila.

Beloved wife of the late Johnny, dearly loved mam of John, Philip and Gillian and a much loved mother-in-law, granny and great grandma of all the family.

Funeral Service at Mountsett Crematorium on Monday 12th August at 1.15pm.

Would friends please meet at crematorium.

Family flowers only.

Donations in lieu if desired to Alzheimers Research UK c/o Martin Rankin Funeral Directors, 7 The Square, Front Street, Whickham, NE16 4JB.

All welcome afterwards at The Glebe Club Whickham.

I knew Sheila when Gill and I were inseparable at junior school, she was like a second mam to me, such a lovely lady with the biggest heart. My heartfelt condolences go to all the family at this very sad time. Sending hugs. Marion Ferguson
