Passed away peacefully at home on 16th December aged 69 years.
Adam, beloved dad of Craig and Rebecca, dearly loved brother of Mary, Pauline, Barbara and the late Lynne. Cherished grandad of Joe, Flynn and Izzy, and a loving friend to many.
Please meet for service at West Road Crematorium on Wednesday 8th January at 2.00pm.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers can be made to British Heart Foundation via a collection at the Crematorium.
