John (Jack)EVANSEVANS - JOHN (JACK), October 11, 2016. Peacefully at home aged 90 years. Beloved husband of Olive, dearly loved dad of Anne, Ian and Sean and a much loved grandad. (Will be very sadly missed). Service at St Michael's Church Garston on Friday 21st October at 12.30pm followed by cremation at Springwood Crematorium. Family flowers only please but donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society c/o Pearson Collinson, 255 Speke Rd, Liverpool, L25 0NN. Jack will be resting at home from Wednesday evening.
