Many thanks to P.O.U. Wythenshawe Hospital and St Ann's Hospice. Also thank you to Macmillan and district nurses, G.P., practice and pharmacy staff for the support given to them and to Dave during his illness, Dave's place of work Willow Park for their compassion and support, thank you.
