DennisHAZELLDennis peacefully passed away on Tuesday 30th July 2024 at University Hospital of Wales at the age of 94 years. Reunited with his late wife Mary Hazell, but sadly missed by his family. He will always be remembered as a loving father to Margaret and Denise, and the most magical grandfather and great-grandfather to Leila, Amanda, Carys, Chloe and all his great-grandchildren.
Requiem Mass to be held on Thursday 29th August 2024 at St John Lloyd Catholic Church at 10:15am, prior to cremation at Thornhill Crematorium (Briwnant Chapel) at 12pm.
No flowers by family request. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, can be made to Wales Kidney Research Unit, Vaughan Street, Llandudno, LL30 1AB in memory of Dennis.
