DavidCOWSERCOWSER (DAVID) - Chris, Joanne and Michele would like to Thank all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their kind messages of sympathy, cards and donations received in memory of Dave. Many thanks to P.O.U. Wythenshawe Hospital and St Ann's Hospice. Also thank you to Macmillan and district nurses, G.P., practice and pharmacy staff for the support given to them and to Dave during his illness, Dave's place of work Willow Park for their compassion and support, thank you. Special thanks to Chris O'Hanlon who made the service so personal and to all who attended the service of celebration. Also Jill Smith and Arthur Gresty Ltd for their caring arrangements.
