In hospital on 3rd January 2025, aged 88 years, peacefully with her children by her side.
Phyllis, a loving wife of the late William. A much loved mam of John, Margie, Sylvia, Teed, Lynn, Carol, Kim and the late Barry, and a dearly loved mother-in-law of Lesley, Arty, Joanne, Tich, Johnna and Paul. A treasured and loving nana, great-nana and great-great-nana to all her loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Also a loving sister of the late Mina, Bet, Peggy, Billy and George and sister-in-law of the late Victor, Gordon, Polly and Mary. Additionally, a respected auntie of Heather, only daughter of sister Bet.
Friends please meet for service at Holy Cross Cemetery Chapel on Friday 24th January 2025 at 10:15am, followed by a celebration of Phyllis' life at High Howdon Social Club (The Legion), Tynemouth Road.
Please dress informally. Family flowers only by request.
