Patricia LilianJONESPeacefully on Monday 26th August, 2024 at Plas Bryn Rhosyn Care Home, Pat of Greenwood Drive, Cimla (formerly of Cefn Felindre Farm, Morriston), passed away aged 87 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late Cliff. Much loved mother of Richard. Dear mother-in-law of Paula. A cherished grandma of Jozef, Samuel, Ellie, Lily, Phillipa, Evan and great-grandma of Alex, Ashton & Poppy. A beloved sister of Betty & Margaret. Pat will be greatly missed by her loving family and many friends.

Funeral Friday 13th September
