Much loved friend and colleague, sincere Apologies to Sammys family for not attending his funeral, but we have just heard this sad news on our return from holiday.
We send you all our deepest sympathy and condolences, it was great meeting up with Sammy on a Friday night and he always insisted I always came home with his Chronicle, sadly not seen Sammy for a few years now but he was never forgotten
