Sylvia AnnMATTERNIt is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia who passed away peacefully whilst in the care of St Andrews Hospice on Saturday 7th January 2023 aged 80 years. A dear Wife of Lothar, adored Mum of Darren and the late Hayley, respected Stepmother of Marina and Steven, beloved Mother-in-Law of Clare and Carl, much loved Nanna of Richard, Ruth, Mathew and George, a treasured Sister of Billy, Sheila, Barbara, Dennis, Raymond, Brian, Mary, Susan and the late Mabel and June, special Sister-in-Law, Auntie and a Friend to many. Sylvia will be sadly missed by all who knew her. A celebration of Sylvia's life will take place at Grimsby Crematorium on Thursday 26th January 2023 at 3:45pm. By the family's request family flowers only, but if so desired, donations can be sent in lieu of St Andrew's Hospice in Sylvia's memory or given on the day of the service All enquiries to Kettle Funeralcare, 135 Granville Street, Grimsby, Tel: 01472 355395.

Fond memories of Sylvia, a very special and lovely lady. Thoughtful, loving caring, kind and funny. Always there to help and support everyone. Her family meant everything to her, especially her children and grandchildren. A very sad loss.
