MaryMCARDLE(Bedlington) Retired landlady of 'The Black Bull'. Peacefully on 6th February aged 83 years. Mary (nee O'Neill) dearly loved mother of John and Sean, dear mother in law of Sophie and Sue, devoted grandma of Brendan, Molly, Stella and Lucas and a dearly loved sister of Pauline, Patricia and the late Clarence and Margaret. Funeral service to take place at St Cuthbert's Church, Bedlington on Friday 25th February at 12 noon followed by a private cremation at Cowpen Crematorium, afterwards all welcome to Bedlington Market Place Social Club. Donations to Macmillan Cancer Support for which a plate will be available in church or may be sent via GO FUND ME (Mary McArdle) Funeral enquiries to John Grenfell & Son, 3 Front Street West, Bedlington, tel. John and Sean, we'll be thinking of you today. There is no doubt Mary will get the best of send offs, and deservedly so.
Unfortunately, having avoided the dreaded virus for two years, I was hit with it like a ton of bricks yesterday, so a glass will be raised in the very near future, when taste returns.
