JohnALLENBYBeloved husband of 52 years to Maureen and devoted Dad to Laura and Louise and loving Grandad to Caleb. Son of Edith and Tom, and Brother to Peter, Jean and the late Eileen. Passed away peacefully at home with Maureen and Laura by his side on Friday 16th August 2024.

To John See you in eternity when we meet again love Maureen xxx

Thank you for the very first job I had working in your bakery as a rosy cheeked 16 year old on nights. Great memories with lots of laughs and much banter!

Who could also forget the epic New Years Eve parties at Chez Allenby trying to sing Karaoke and being filmed on video? A novelty itself for the early 90s and I felt like a BBC cameraman on Match of the Day. Good times.

Both you and Charlie were the blokes I was proud to call Brother. Going to miss the tequila slamming episodes on Boxing Day with you both.

Rest Well Brother.
