David JohnLEWISPeacefully on Sept 15, after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family, at Highview Bungalow, Brynna; Dave (Lew) dearly loved husband of Amanda, much loved father to Kate, Alex and the late Matthew and stepfather to Joanne and Karen, father-in-law to Adam and Sean, a dear brother of Lindsey, brother-in-law to Dennis. Will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Thursday Sept 25, service at St Crallo's Church, Coychurch at 11.15am, followed by cremation at Coychurch Crematorium at 12 noon.
