Peacefully at home on Thursday 5th May, aged 72 years, Alison (nee Lockie) beloved wife of George, much loved mother of Sue, Graham and Michael and mother-in-law of Iain, Rachel and Paula, a loving granny of Tom, Matthew, Emily, Isla and Charlie and a dear sister of Barbara and David. A cremation at The West Road Crematorium, Newcastle on Wednesday 11th May at 10.30am will be followed by a Celebration of Alison's life in St. Helen's Church, Longhorsley at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to either MacMillan Cancer Support or The Brain Tumour Charity c/o Jacob Conroy & Son, Fenwick House, 8 Manchester Street, Morpeth, NE61 1BH. A collection plate will be available in church.
