Funeral Service at GreenAcres Rainford on Tuesday 17th September at 3.30pm, followed by Celebration of Dave's life at the Rafa, Broad Lane, L32 6QG from 4.30pm.
The family request no flowers, but donations to either Macmillan Nurses or the Royal Guide Dogs for the Blind.
