Dear Ann, It was a privilege to work along side you. The trust were blessed to have your expertise with your long and dedicated service to the Emergency Department. You are a trailblazer and a true NHS Treasure .Not only did you care for your patients but looked after your team.
Rest in peace by Dear friend and i will forever remember all our fun times particularly in " The Malt!"

Dearest Ann, you were one in a million, and the mother of A&E, I had the privilege to work with you for over 15 years and you kept all of us on the straight and narrow, and most of all you cared for all of us, you were a boss,friend,mum,counsellor, but most of all the best nurse ever to work at Hillingdon Hospital A&E.
Nothing was ever to much trouble & you always went the extra mile for everyone, the world will be an empty place without you Ann, and heaven has gained the most amazing,caring,funny, compassionate and truly loving person,
