PhilipBOAMPhil passed away peacefully at Royal Derby Hospital on 2nd August 2024, aged 62 years.
A loving husband, brother, brother in law, uncle, godfather, cousin and a special friend to many.
Phil's Funeral Service will take place on Friday 30th August, 11.30am at St Wystan's Church, Bretby followed by burial in Stapenhill Cemetery.
No floral tributes or donations by request.
