John PhilipCLARKEPassed away peacefully at home on 21st October after a short battle with Motor Neurone Disease. John, aged 67 of Meir Park, was the loving husband of Sandra, much loved Dad of Ben and partner, Emily. Treasured Brother of Bob, dear brother in law and uncle.
John will be so dearly missed by family and special friends, whom he touched the hearts of. Despite such a tough battle, John kept his sense of humour & never failed to put a smile on everyone's face right to the end.
Huge thanks to the MND hospital department, Douglas Macmillan Hospice & other professionals who gave him so much help.
