PHILLIPS Frederick George (Dave) Late of Nod Rise, Coventry. Passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 21st, 2024.

Dearly loved mum and dad to Claire and Richard, mama and grandad to Max and Jack, mother and father-in-law to Neil and Dawn.

Will be greatly missed by all.

Rest peacefully.

Together again.

Funeral service and cremation at Canley Crematorium, Charter Chapel on Wednesday September 11th at 2.30pm.
