I met Daphne in a pottery evening class more than 40 years ago. Daphne was creative, not only in pottery but in art and writing sensitive and moving poetry. Daphne was a very special lady and I will miss her very much.
Remembered with love and great affection.

Daphne was a very special person, who wil be missed by all who knew her. She was a friend of my parents and I got to know her when their health deteriorated and I contacted her to keep her informed. Over the years we kept in touch and my husband and I received a warm welcome when we visited her on our travels in the area. I shall treasure her poetry and art work, along with all her letters, cards and e-mails. I'm sorry I'm not able to be there on Monday. My thoughts will be there with Daphne and everyone.
