It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Beverley Morgan Holdsworth, much-loved husband of Mavis and wonderful dad and stepdad to Claire, Julie and Heather and dearly loved Pa to his grandchildren.

The funeral will be held on Thursday, 20th August 2026 at 12.40pm at Taunton Crematorium, followed by a gathering at Trull Church Community Centre.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend.

Please wear something colourful-no black, as we celebrate Beverley's life with warmth and colour.

I came across this by chance and was sad to see the passing of Bev, who was a former work colleague. I didn't work closely with him but we shared an office and I did work with him on my first ever project and others from time to time. He was always a jovial presence, even when he was being serious I could hear comedy in his voice. I would always laugh at his 'Goons' impressions - especially the one which goes 'He's fallen in the water...'. I often think of those times. Rest in peace, Bev.
