KeithFAULKNER(Big Keith - Herman) Sadly passed away peacefully at St Luke's Hospice on 27th November 2018 aged 68 years. Loving husband to Heather and Father to Robert and Kelly. Father-in-law to Simone and much-loved Gramps to Phoebe & Eve. A big man with an even bigger heart, missed but never forgotten! The funeral will be held at Weston Mill Crematorium on Wednesday 5th December at 12.15pm and afterwards at the Weston Mill Social Club.
