JackWALKERJoyce and Michael wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours for kind expressions of sympathy and cards of condolence received in their sad loss of a much loved husband, dad and grandad. Thanks to all who came to the Service and for the donations given for the Macmillan Nurses. Special thanks to the consultant, doctors and staff on Ward 8 at H.R.I., Victoria the Macmillan Nurse and the doctors at Slaithwaite Health Centre for all their care, kindness and attention given to Jack. Also to Dianne Hughes for her visit, kind words and lovely Service, and to Gwen and Andrew at Radcliffe Funeral Service for their excellent care and attention with the Funeral arrangements.
