JuliaEVANSJulia Evans, retired headteacher of Douglas Road Infants School, Colwyn Bay, passed away on May 13th, 2026 in Nottingham, aged 85. Julia was predeceased by her husband Owen in 2016. Mother to Philip, Anwen and Llion; sister to Gerald (Jed); Nain to Peter, William, Matthew, Rhys, Dylan and Calan; and great grandmother to Theo.

As many will recall, Julia loved musicals, travelling, and watching sports. She disliked Mourinho.
