Sarah AdamsHILLDITCHAged 90 Years Passed away peacefully on the 11th August 2018. Beloved Wife of the late John. Dearly loved Mum of Sally Ann and Craig and Mother in Law to Walt. Treasured Grandma to Ryan, Leanne, Clark and Rebecca and Great Grandma to Savannah, Madison and Beau. Sarah will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. The Funeral Service will take place at The Heart of England Crematorium on Tuesday 11th September at 10.15AM.
