Lesley-AnnCHELL(Nee Godwin) Passed away peacefully on 28th September 2014. Sadly missed by loving Partner Martin, Sons Ben and Sam, Father John and all family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 8th October. Requiem mass at Christ The King Church at 10.30am followed by Committal at Streetly Crematorium, West Chapel at 12.00pm.
