Peacefully after a short stay in hospital. Sadly missed by his sister, Alice, nephews, and all who knew him.
A familiar figure in Liverpool City Centre and ardent Celtic supporter. For many years Jim was a tutor with T.U.C. Education and lately with Unite the Union. A highly respected trade unionist and an asset to the movement.
Jim's funeral will be held at 10am, Thursday, 7th May, 2026, at Anfield Crematorium.
Afterwards Jim's friends are invited to the Central Pub in Ranelagh Street, city centre.
