Taking comfort knowing she is reunited with her husband David.

Susan will be hugely missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral to take place on Friday 11th September at 10.30am at Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby.

Family flowers only please, donations may be given at the service to the British Heart Foundation.
