We sadly announce that Pat passed away peacefully in St Bede's Hospice, Queen Elizabeth Hospital on 17th August 2026, aged 91 years.
Beloved wife of Edward Forrest, much loved Mam of Alan, Kevin and Claire, dear Oma to Merlin, Hedi and Hannah and a good friend to many.
A funeral service will be held on Friday 4th September at 1:45pm at Saltwell Crematorium.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if so desired, to Hebburn Living Well with Dementia: a donation box will be available on the day.
Refreshments after the service will be at Heworth Golf Club - all family and friends are welcome.
