A true gent. Only in recent years have I got to know Dennis even though we were both at King James’s Grammar School in the 1950s (a year apart). Will miss our chats over coffee; his gentle way & good humour shone through.
Whatever will his beloved dog Morvern do without him?
Much missed

So sad to hear this news. Dennis you were one of the last real gentlemen, and a great friend to my dad, John Taylor.
I saw you last year, and it was lovely to catch up with you, and spend some time in your company.
RIP lovely soul. 🤍
