NoraWHITMORE(Newcastle) 23rd February 1930 - 26th July 2026 It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nora Whitmore, who passed away peacefully in her sleep on the 26th July 2026. She was 96 years old.
A devoted Wife of Stan (deceased) for 67 years, Sister, Mam, Mam in law, Grandma, Great Grandma, Great-Great Grandma, and Aunty, she will be greatly missed by all of her family as well as the countless colleagues and friends with whom she generously shared her life.
A service to celebrate and remember a long and happy life well lived will be held at West Road Crematorium on 24th August 2026 at 1.15pm.
No flowers by request. A donations box in lieu, in favour of the Alzheimer's Society will be available at the crematorium and all contributions welcomed.
