Funeral service to take place on Thursday 26th September 1.30 Lelley Fields Crematorium (Birch Hall).
Family flowers only but donations if desired split between British Heart Foundation and Arthritis Action, collection plate at service.
Afterwards at The Stags Head Inn, Lelley for refreshments, everyone welcome.
