Peacefully on Saturday 25th April 2026, aged 91 years.

Beloved wife of the late Edward, loving mam to Philip, Julie, Paula and Malcolm.

Much loved grandma and great grandma.

Requiem Mass to be held at Our Lady and St Columba's Catholic Church, Carville Road, Wallsend, NE28 6RJ. on Friday 22nd May at at 1.00pm.

Afterwards all welcome back to The Lindisfarne Social Club, West Street, Wallsend, NE28 8LG.

Family flowers only. Donations welcome to the church if desired.

Heartbroken to read that Jean has died just a week after my mam's passing.
My love goes out to Julie and Mal and their families.
Who knows two great Geordie lasses who never met, despite their respective daughters' friendship, might be united in the afterlife.
