JeffCHAPMANAged 79, after ongoing health problems he passed away peacefully in hospital on 26th April with his partner of 27 years Barbara and his niece Su by his side. He will be greatly missed by his older siblings Reg and Margaret along with the rest of his friends and family. Re-united with his late wife Rita and into the arms of his loving parents George and Florence (Florrie)
Funeral service to take place Thursday 14th May, 12.30pm at St Peters Church, Anlaby, Hull, HU10 7DG followed by interment at Tranby Lane Cemetery.
