Grandma, you were such an inspirational person in all of our lives, a kind and generous lady with everything that you gave - and you gave a lot. You leave us with many fond and love filled memories of days out and happy times spent with you at home. A visit from you was always something to look forward to. Thank you for all the gentle guidance and care that you expressed to us all, no matter the subject, and especially the passion for words, learning and how to be good at Scrabble! You are a joy to keep in our hearts and minds and will live on there forever.

Grandma, thank you so much for everything. You were such a huge and wonderful part of my life, as you were to all your grand and great grandchildren. You have been there for me through all of my life stages. You gave me the happiest summers with you in Newcastle. The endless trips to the park when you visited us in Kimberley. 10p mix up bags, viscount biscuits and a stock of mars bars in the fridge for when Sally and I had sleepovers.
You were there to support me in my older years after I had Callum. I could always talk to you about anything and everything, and you always had the best advice. You watched me marry Luke and were a part of Joseph’s and Charlottes lives too. While able you never missed a birthday of Charlottes. We all adored you. I loved being in your company and will miss you dearly.
Thank you so much for being you. I’ll always smile with wonderful memories when I think back. You were the best.
