The many cards, phone calls and visits have been a great comfort. The generous donations in Tom's memory towards St.David's Hospice At Home Team have been very gratefully received. Special thanks to Father Vimal for his compassion and caring words of Gospel, to Vicky Davila organist and Trystan Lewis soloist. Thank you to the Doctors and nurses of the St.David's Hospice At Home Team who cared for Tom at home in his last weeks. Also, to David and his team at Dilwyn Tudor Davies for their professional, dignified and compassionate funeral arrangements.
