A very dear grandad of Phoebe. Loved and forever in our hearts. Family flowers only please. Donations to The Alzheimer's Society at the service. Funeral service to be held at Chanterlands Crematorium (large chapel) at 3:30pm on Wednesday 24th October 2018.
