Much loved wife of the late Roger. A loving Aunt and friend to many.
A Service of Thanksgiving of Pat's life to be held at St Mary's Church, Hartpury on Monday 9th December at 1 pm.
Donations in memory of Pat will be collected for Dementia UK and can be given on the day in the donation box provided.
