Brian AlfredBORLEYAfter a short illness bravely borne, on 17th April 2018 Brian aged 79 years, at University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff. Soulmate and devoted husband to Jan. Adored and loving Dad to Linda and the late Adele. Dearly loved Grandfather and Great-Grandfather. Much loved brother and Uncle. Memories are like leaves of gold, they never tarnish or grow old, locked in our hearts, you will always be, loved and remembered for all eternity. Resting with Michael G Ryan Son and Daughters Ltd 302A North Road, Cardiff Until funeral Monday 14th May 2018 Service at Thornhill Crematorium, Briwnant Chapel, 3.45pm No flowers please, by family request However, if desired donations would be appreciated for Cancer Research c/o the funeral home. Following the funeral all are welcome to join the family for light refreshments at Rumney Conservative Club to share memories and celebrate Brian's life. All enquiries 02920 626101

Hey mate, it’s your birthday today. .82 today.
This Earth is a poorer place without you. My life has a big empty space in it.
Wherever you are, which world, which place, which time I can only pray you are not in pain..
I pray you only have love and peace.
I miss you Bri, this lonely empty life is the price I pay for the years we had together. .

Today is the second anniversary of your passing. I'm still grieving for you . How can I not?

My darling, it’s almost Christmas Day.. I lie here in my lonely bed thinking of you and how we used to laugh together. Nothing to laugh at now. No joy in my life.
No one to hold my hand, to squeeze me until my bones squeaked. How empty my life is.
I pray that wherever you are in spirit you are safe and surrounded by love and light.
