Tristan JohnBRAMLEYPassed peacefully at home surrounded by his family on 13th December, aged 58 years. Beloved husband of Tracey, loving dad of Kate and Jack. A much loved son of Ivan and Jeanie and loved brother of Roxy and the late Dylan. Funeral service to be held at 2pm, Thursday 6th January at St Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired to Herriot Hospice Homecare.
