SylviaCLIFTPassed away at home on 22nd June 2018. Re-united with her husband Brian. Dearly loved mum to Juanita and Vincent, mum-in-law to Scott and Nikki, adored nan to Georgia, Charlotte and William, loving sister and friend of many. She will be sorely missed. We sat beside your bedside holding your hand, we knew we had to part but when we saw that you had gone it really broke our hearts.
