Dearest daughter of Norman and Vera (deceased) mother of Barry (deceased) and mother-in-law of Angela. Will be sadly missed but reunited with her beloved family. Very special thanks to friends and family, the dialysis unit, care home, and all other agencies and people involved, excluding adult social services.
