AlbertCOOK(Hebburn) Passed away peacefully after a short illness on 23rd October aged 81 years. Albert, loving husband of Valerie. Adored dad of David and the late Martin, father in law to Rachael and grandad to Aaron. Brother to Tom and Irene, and the late Betty and Joan. Loved by all his family and friends. Service to take place at South Shields Crematorium on Monday 14th November at 2.45pm followed by a reception at The Lakeside Inn.
