GillianDAVIESIt is with great sadness we announce the death of Gill Davies (nee Dennis) who passed away peacefully on Monday 30th September 2024 at University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, aged 88. Dearest Wife of William George Davies (Billy). Devoted Mother of Peter and Rhys. Loving Grandmother of Hannah and Great Grandmother of Bodhi. Loving Sister of Jeff and Sister-in-law Jane. Loving Aunty of Alexandra, Laura, Ceri and Sian A lifelong resident of Barry, former teacher, actress, lifelong member of All Saints Church and long standing member of The Barry Art's Centre. She will be sadly missed by all of the family, her friends and former colleagues. The funeral service is to take place on Thursday 24th October 2024. 12.30pm, at All Saints Church, Barry, followed by interment at Porthkerry Cemetery. Resting at W James & Sons, Fonmon. Family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers to All Saints Church fund, Barry.
