DorothyDONE26.10.1940 - 22.11.19 The family are sad to announce the passing of Dorothy Done following a long and courageous battle with illness. Dorothy passed away at home with Eddie and Yvonne by her side on the 22nd November 2019. A loving and devoted wife to Eddie, a beloved Mum to Yvonne, Eddie, Garry and Darren, as well as a doting Nana, Great-Nana, Mother-in-law, Sister, Sister-in-law and Aunt. She will leave a huge void in the lives of her family and will be greatly missed by all her friends. Funeral Service will be held at St Peters Church, Swinton on Friday 6th December at 10.30am. Followed by committal at The Woodlands, Ellenbrook at 12 noon. Family flowers only. The family are asking for donations in lieu of The North West Air Ambulance Service which would be greatly appreciated. Eddie and Yvonne would also like to take this time to thank the wonderful carers of Cherish Home Care for their professional care and devotion to Dorothy over the last 11 months. Eddie and Yvonne would also like to extend an invitation to celebrate the life of Dorothy at the Moorside Social Club, Moorside Road, Swinton M27 9LD.
