Dave's funeral will be held on Monday, November 6th, 1:45pm, at Bretby Crematorium in the Willow Room.
Family flowers only please, however donations for St Giles Hospice may be placed in the collection box at the service if desired.
After the funeral a buffet will be provided at Dave's brothers home. All are welcome.
